They have shorter lead times and are less complex, therefore can be a cost-effective alternative to the Signature Series.
The Urban Market Series cases are most commonly used for serving sandwiches, beverages, desserts, gelato, floral, bakery or even changing products depending upon time of day.
Urban Market cases can be refrigerated, heated, dry, or even combinations of those environments. The refrigerated cases can be provided as self contained or remote depending upon your store environment.
Urban Market Series cases are available in service, self-service, and combination (service and self-service) formats.
